Hi guys,

I've moved to Perth a few weeks ago, from Adelaide, and had to leave behind the good friends I longboarded with, and i'm just hoping to meet some Perth people who maybe wouldn't mind a not too overly skilled rider girl to come for a skate sometime? : )

What I liked about this post was that it mentioned a few girls may be out there wanting to skate too? Which is nice to hear, I haven't heard of any groups that do or anything like that..

Im 27, and was taught all that I know by a bunch of great guy friends in Adelaide, and soon some other girl friends joined us and we ended up with a group of us regularly getting together, which was fun.

I'm just a basic skater and I dont really like to go up to maximum speeds to be honest.. : ), I can foot break, still learning to slide but would love to get it right so I can stop when required, hah.  I have a helmet, knee/elbow pads, just need to get some new slid gloves..

But anyway, if you do get together sometime and wouldn't mind me joining, let me know : )
