Park Bench Tuck (PBT) has been proven to be far more dangerous than the Lounge Carpet Tuck (LCT).

The statistics are alarming!

ASRA supports safe PBTing and advises all those who engage in such activities to wear the appropriate safety gear including a helmet and pads.

Lids save lives.
