in my new design i am making the board alot shorter and the middle a little thicker and im going to use selleys wood pva?!

Hey Lucca, it looks way cool but I agree with some of the comments made previously regarding materials adhesives and flex. I've made a couple of shorter carving boards with 5 ply and can give you some tips if you are still going for it. Let me know.
Titebond III - Carba-tec is the place to go - yes, it's a bit more expensive, but well worth it (about 60 clams for 4 litres)
