You both agreed on a price and you should respect that and sell the board for that.. It's your board in the end so do what you want but still.

yeah, i mean i thought we had agreed on 200? how do i even know this other guy (your neighbour), exists? its a bit unfair. i wish you had of specified that this was an auction to begin with.
