on that note after 3 weeks of a sore toe I finally went to the doctor and got some Xrays. Prognosis is partial collapse of the top of the 1st metatarsal bone... in english it means the knuckle of my big toe has been partially crushed and I now have two pieces of loose bone and some torn away cartilage jammed in next to where the joint is which has partially frozen the toe and caused alot of pain... possible operation with some drilling into the bone to fix.
