One of our new hotmix Maryhill tuck training runs. This is just some basic sequential cuts to show you what most of the run looks like minus the absolute beginning and end to avoid notable street signs. Camera work taken from Benbro's helmet. (note to self remember to change time display setting next time)

Get your squats on Josh and a tip I got from Leeso which has worked well for me is running in soft sand. If your not near the beach just running but the sand is a good one.

like you say good Maryhill practice...Ive got josh and I doing tuck practice in front of tv now got to get him up to spec for Bathurst he's 14 tomorrow..

Its not very fast, if your on your own you sit on 60kms the whole way, if you have a few people drafting you lift the speed up a bit higher. Its a very long tuck, total leg burner.

It's not fast - probably max 60km/h, with most of it about 50 or 55. Big sweeping corners.

That was the guy from ASIO...

4.5km run, don't see a single car until we get to Paul's spot than 2 cars come just as we pass, hence him run out on the road after the car to get the shot.
