A short video of my bro trying to sliding. Remember he only started to skate a few days ago. He would love some tips. Thanks.

I do have a better board. It's just easier to teach my brother on my old deck because 1) wheels are easier to slide 2) i dont care if he curbs it (he does) 3) Hes not going to learn on a big fancy board, because it just not needed. Once he gets better he is going to get a board for his birthday but until then its my old street deck.

i suggest a steeper hill because it helped me when i was learning hard wheel tricks

I know its not me sliding. But my brother is still getting comfortable on a board. If you look at my other video i do a slide and it felt like butter.

i invited these groms out the other night. first things guys, on a board like that you want a steeper hill for that board, you saw how much i was struggeling on that setup at fitzy, steep hills make slides easier, you dont have to go as fast either

Tell him to maybe try heelside slides first. Im not sure if this actually is a known fact, but it worked for me.

He really appreciated you comment. Yeah he's just learning how to slide, ride, stop ect. on my old street deck so when he gets his board for his birthday he can shred it straight away.
