Yep. Did much the same about 10 years ago wheelybooting down stairs.  Every sound I hear buzzed/reverberated in my head. Spent the next 20 minutes asking where I was and what I had been doing. Had no idea how I got there. 4 hours in emergency ward under observation in case I had fatal swelling. Still don't really recall what happened except from what I've been told.

 

Happens so easily.
