ASRA - Australian Skateboard Racing Association

Video does not portray how generally gnar this track is, you are pretty much holding on the entire time. Steep, narrow, rough sections that need a clean line to be successful. Not alot of room for error.

Came 5th overall, my first national event.

there really is alot of time to brake before it, but my legs were feelin like jelly haha.

there are some 'uphill' parts, but you hold your speed through it. they caught alot of people out especially on before the wallride at around 40secs, couple with some rough patches it led to some epic crashes.

The camera takes that wall ride and makes it horizontal, plus it seems to flatten out the big dip into the finish.

The top section looked great, you were flying through there.

It still looks gnar to me,.... but yeah its heaps more scary than the camera can capture. Your yell at the end says it all.

 

...Maybe a gyroscopic camera mount?? :)
