At 16:29 on October 21, 2009, Aych said…: Dude, even with a sublaxation or semi dislocation you should really be off for some imaging at the hospital; sometimes when these joints get put back in place you can trap anything from nerves through to ligaments causing more pain and major problems later.
Even those that present at clinic are off the the Doc and hospital before we touch them, we have no idea what's gone on in the joint. Once done give me a shout and we have some stuff you can do. But looking long term, especially as you will injure your shoulders again get it checked.

Do it man. You have a year, save $100 a week and you will be there next year. You have heaps of time to do it later in life though.
