ASRA - Australian Skateboard Racing Association

Hi all thought it was time you met the gang.
Some of my dailys and works in progress.
I'm back into skating after a long time and lovin it,
Roll your heads off.

The Gang-

1. Dewey Weber 47 inch USA, clear deck paint, Revenge 180, Greg Lutzka FKD sawblade bearings,76mm Monster Hawgs, custom cockroach copper olive rail job, custom paint-combo of 3 pics- nurse- red pvc girl- real girl

Great board to snake thru the busy streets missing shoppers by mm, revenge…on boards that don’t turn- these trucks turn like nothing else

2. The Temple- treat your board like a temple (I think that’s it?) Solid Deck- triple stringer 57 inch, Seismic –orange front- light blue rear spring set up, Modus Ceramics! Oh yea, Speed Vent 77mm, custom grip, custom polished Aluminium rails, custom paint to mach a tattoo I have- such a long board what else was going to fit!?

My mostly lately- rolls up hill and picks up speed! Great ride- holds loads of speed….slides nicely off the main drag into my street at a solid pace with both hands loaded full of shopping bags!

3. Pirate Law- 7 ply 11.5 x 45 inch concave deck, Black Randall RII 180mm, Biltin bearings, Crook 24 inch rails, pig ½ risers + rubbers, Seismic Blastwave 78mm 75a, custom grip job, custom textured orange + pirate girls hand painted + clear.
(Pic originally by Dutch tattooist Angelique Houtkamp)

Still a virgin….Never ridden… its killing me…Just finished it, what a nightmare, ten thousand million hours….
but it was worth it…came up ok I think.
Might put it on the market mmmm?? Let the peasants have a taste/feast haha

4. A converted 70’s water ski well what can I say… ebay… I couldn’t resist it…(pitty some one else liked it- paid too much but still love it)… some trucks, bearings, and wheels… I did service the crunchy bearings…. They do now roll off there faces for abec 1 bearings. Killer to ride fast ish for a thin double semi trailer on cheese cutters.

5. Petrol Power! They cancelled my parking pass and wanted $4K per yr for parking…..so now i ride this to work and back every day, chain it to a fence, $250 done! Ebay again, as mean as it looks, mods to the cables, brakes…hahaha, hand grip, spring thing for cables… stuff breaks all the time- ever improoooving it. people ask me how fast it goes…’I don’t know’ I say faster than I’m up for so far… still has kick at about 25km+…trucks are loose so as I can turn it- makes for great death wobbles if u back off to fast from speed- Whoooo sh*t! I even wear a helmet, great fun, demands respect and I really really don’t want come off it…. or get caught on it.

thanks for your comments robbo and judgek, Grar it up! I say

petrol jobbie legal? fantastic.... but its 49cc?? still i'm installing battery lights with my feet as i type this- i going out tonight!! look out pedestrians and drivers around enmore for crazy swerving flying night light..

buttboard? as raunchy P.Hanson put it "please explain"
please excuse my lack of terms.... (i dont think it would fit?)
if it means: fast- pedestrial slalom/hill bomber/ carver... yea i hope so!
I'm usually not going hard enough till just before i land on my butt... that would be highly possible on it i reckon.
and i no there was no need, and i shouldn't have, but had to reply...cause its been buggin me for ages... if only...power up & roll down, how sweet is that concept...oh joy....but cant figure out a way of carrying each board on the opposite leg!! so so so frustrating!... Start with 10 rolling boards at the top and 10 petrol boards at tha bottom = 10 runs = joy.
sorry i'll stop now.
roll your heads off.

That pirate outlaw deck looks familiar.
They were around 2006 vintage. Forget the makers name, its buggin me. I think they were Canadian.
The holes through the deck were popular in the DH scene around 01' - 04'

thanks for the buttboard heads up fitz, sorry cant help ya on the type of board pirate law is, if it bugs you and you'd like to go all CSI......dont know if it helps to time line it- but when i bought it it had Speed wheels 66 Santa Cruise bullets on it- when were they out??? (could have been swapped yea, but looked originalish)
