who is game to ride the fastest skateboard in the world ?

I want to break 300km/h I have the design and quite possibly the board !

Who is experienced enough to do this ?

Also who might be interested in promoting it ?

Who might be willing to organise councils as well as safety and insurance ?

Does anyone have enough contacts to get a sponsor on board ?

I beleive it would have to be behind a car and on a runway.

I've seen a guy on rollerblades doing 246km/h alongside a motorbike with hand rails mounted to bike.

is it rocket powered or what? i think the terminal velocity might be a little bit under 300k's for a 'gravity powered' skatie goin down a hill...

Skydivers reach about 200 km/h with their chutes closed, while in the free fall position (body splayed out). If they get aero they reach about 320 km/h. The speed record for skiers is about 225 km/h, which is pretty amazing really. Snowboarders are a touch slower.

Peter, can you give some more details about what you have in mind?

skitching is sketchy, but at that sort of speed its deadly. i'm sticking to gravity propelled.

what board/equipment you plan to use?
drop through-ed DH race on randal 28* plates with 200mm randal luge hangers, ceramics and big ass flywheels with khiro purples all round (or something custom) would be your best bet i'd think.
crazy even if you had the best equipment, but hey.
