If its a good road, and the hill climb club can get road closure from the council, you maybe able to hold an event on it. The best way to go about it would be to talk to the hill climb club and see how they go about getting roads closed.

It's an old highway, so it's closed to traffic. There's still cyclists and pedestrians though.

And yeahhh I'm sure it wouldn't be to hard to get this road closed off. I'm not to sure if many people are going to travel for a road that has a top speed of 55k's. It is fun though.

It would have to be a quad banshee, I'm not sure guff could get all 4 groms back at once you might need a truck
