Made from 1.5mm ply, did all the laminating cutting and everything else myself. Worked real well for sliding until i hit a massive pothole and one of the noses snapped off...

oh hahaha thats shit! (not the board) im just got a press the other day so im going to be making my own boards aswell :P

Yeah it took me like 6 weeks to make, so it was pretty devastating. Yeah a press would be cool, i made my own press, which worked well, but the problem is that i could only find 1.5mm pine, not 1.5mm maple. I think that if it was made from maple then it wouldnt have snapped. Grrr shitty pine.

im going to begin with pine just to get the hang of making boards then ill go into all the good wood

yeah good idea, you'll probably have to get the wood imported though. It was hard enough just to find PINE that was less than 1.7mm thick, i searched solidly for about 3 days.

Well i based it on the 9two5, so thats a good thing haha, and the bears and zombie hawgs add to its typical 9two5 look. As soon as it snapped i went and bought a 9two5 that day!
