Just cut them out with a exacto type knife. Its a pain in the arse but looks good I think

All the boards I have made are being ridden and tested by the owners or myself, so far so good. I guess some of them would be classed as prototypes as I do try to mix it up and try new ideas, methods and materials. Some work some don't.
