thats the 42... its more just a longboard. it has too much flex for a speedboard. wicked carving machine and sick for stand up slides coz its hell light and you can thrash it around all over the place. Has enough flex to pump down to the shops

how about the 39? that looks more of a speedboard-ish shape.

havent tried it but the flex does feel a bit stiffer. Could be a better possibility for a speedboard. Would be a wicked carving board given the performance of the 42
