i'm pretty sure if images like this got into the media's hands, the public would consider this far worse then someone not wearing a helmet.

Premium Member Comment by Jacko on January 28, 2010 at 21:01: im sure everyone there has got a lid on their head. and yes im pretty sure the media trawls through ASRA looking for pictures like this so they can make it front page story for tomorrows papers. and 9 news will have a headline story tomorrow night entitled "dare devil teens play chicken with traffic" and show this picture and then it will be the end of longboarding as we know it and ASRA will have to shut down forever and the police will hunt down every user of this website and issue fines and there will be no racing ever again and we will all have to burn our boards coz we wont be able to ride them anywhere ever...

take a look at this picture, whats the worst that can happen? someone might stack it... then what... oh right someone also might stack it when riding around safely... well i guess everyone should take down their photos because its 'bad for the image' and the public will consider us dangerous

im pretty sure images of dudes illegally ripping down mountain roads with traffic around them is far more 'media worthy' than a bunch of dudes riding their skateboards around the city skitching a bus thats going like 10k's. This is SKATEBOARDING, go out and be creative. have fun. cause havok and slash shit up all over the place. as long as you protect your mellon its all good and its all SKATEBOARDING
