Yeah, they rammed a rod down the whole length of the big bone (Tibia) then put screws through to lock it in.

Yeh i had the same 5 months ago, broke my Tib in two spots n my fib in 1. Just starting to lose the limp now...

Yep, I was told not to expect too much mobility for 8 months or so. Pretty sure my ankle joint is a mess too.
