that was petes design for his top mount, it has a similar front end, but with the "wings" in the rear.

i've only used the kooky proto hangers in randall base plates, not gonna say ones better than the other, one is cheaper than the other, and one is more of a bastard when it comes to wheel swaps and bearings than the other, they both work well although i prefer the feel of one over the other but i have not tried a full production one with baseplates either, if one was the same price as the other i would have bought that over the other
