Wow!  From that description Bugs, both ladies were lucky to come out with just bruising.

Yeah, Jemma went into the bales, got up and ran back across the road to her board and straight into Maga's path as she came out of Forest. Neither rider had any time to avoid it. Everyone was amazed they both got up and skated off. Jemma was down for a long time though. Not good.

I saw it and Bugs is right on about how it happened.
It was one of the more Gnarly Crashes that weekend!

Yeah, I thought you'd be lucky with a broken hip or something but to walk away bruised is remarkable. I treated a few people at the elbow over the weekend and this off was by far the most brutual looking.

yeah it happened so FAST!!!! Gems got confused and run in front of me and i didnt have time to turn or do anything so she jumped and i hit her feet or knee i think.....im glad we both are ok and that we finished dancing all night!!
