I take it the baseplate pretty much overhangs the end of the board.
This is the first point of impact (the truck) for the rayne,... am I right?

yeah thats preety much it Matt. It got a quick knock just before i sessed the hill, got to about 15 ks started to wobble like crazy and then i fell off. Thank fuck I wasnt going any faster!

Yeah Ill probaly call up Daddies or the manufacture, see what they say.
Most downhill boards have enough inertia when rolling to hit the curb pretty hard.
Ive seen Force trucks do that too, but any truck will break if the angle of impact is right.
Then again Ive seen decks split pretty bad when the trucks havent hit first.
Good to hear it didnt break away while you were doing hard corners at 50kmh.
Dude thats sick. dont loose faith in randal though mate, they are one of the toughest cast trucks on the market!!!

yeah theyre tough trucks when that motorbike ran over my board i was surprised that the hanger was still in one piece barely better the baseplate than the board
