"Randal baseplates are cheap and Rayne decks are expensive, so having the baseplate take the impacts isn't such a bad thing. Buy a new baseplate and you're good to go."

"Most downhill boards have enough inertia when rolling to hit the curb pretty hard. Ive seen Force trucks do that too, but any truck will break if the angle of impact is right. Then again Ive seen decks split pretty bad when the trucks havent hit…"

sam you can have the base plate as a christmas gift mate ,. you might also like to try a 50 degree plate at the front more turn (its quite common to use diff front to rear angles by the way) and then you can compare them both to the way you like to ride Ill go to the post shop shortly and send them both
