This picture clearly demonstrates a larger surface area in which 375ml would not be able to cover.

either way listen to the other to the others on the site here man, we've all had serious stacks and im pretty sure all of us could say a time where the helmet has saved our lives.

me being the photographer for the SCC group ive got footage of lil Sam Thompson here hitting the gutter at a high speed, spinning, falling over the drain and hitting the back of his head that hard of the ground you can the crunch on the video. the helmet saved me having to take him to extensive care.

dude, helmets don't make you any less of a man, not wearing one is like saying im to much of a man to wear a seatbelt in a car whilst doing 200km/hr down bathurst.

its plain idiotic :|
