hey thx 4 the comment, ask isaac were he got the material from (http://www.skateboardracing.org.au/profile/Isaac?xg_source=profiles...) cause i made it over his house. anywaz making it is fiddley and u need at least someone else 2 help. but yeah this is how i made it...

First off get the plastic stuff and put it on the helmet and mark out were the holes 4 the skrews r then punch the hole out. then skrew the 2b visor onto the helmet, then u want to mark out the shape of the visor with a permanent marker once u've done that cut it out with a pair of scissors or somethin (cut carefully cause the plastic can split sometimes) then once thats all looking good just test 2 c if it covers the edging seal of ur helmet. then ur gunna need either a hair dryer (or a heat gun but put it on a low-medium setting) then heat up the plastic stuff and bend it so it touches the edge of the helmet get ur friend to heat it while u mold the visor once u got it fitting all nice (try to get rid of every single bump that might b there put it on something flat while heating it works) let it cool cause the visor will contract when it cools and there will b a gap so when it cools lift the visor then reheat both sides and sqeeze em so when it cools again it should sit flush with the helmets edging. if it still is a bit wonky take the skrews off then line up the visor where it best fits then c if the skrew holes need to b re drilled. once u fixed that (i think it will always dose that) line the edges with black eletrical tape 4 a fully "kick ass look" and if u would like more tips just let me kno or even ask isaac. meh i hope it goes well 4 u and happy skating ;)

It's just polycarbonate from your local hardware shop.
Yeah that's pretty much it Ham... just keep guess and checking until it's perfect.
And yeah that tape does make it look pro man!
