you can buy it from bunnings warehouse and cut it to shape. it just clips in.

While this is a very clean looking way of adding a shield, it also puts the polycarb' in where it can get to your face.
I've seen some damn smashed up chin guards...

thats a good point. im thinking of making a solid one that connects to the bolts on the side of the helmet. it also lets you lift it up and down insttead of pulling it out.
