Looks like there were a lot of Vault boards there.

Yeah. My son and his mates all had Vault & Psycho boards from Skateboard Express. Good enough for them now. I was surprised how well they were able to slide on the wheels.

BJ, the 83A wheels are quite a good thane for sliding. Pretty durable, too, like zigs.

Dave. How would you rate them against something about zigs. They are cheap, so will they last as well? I have read some bad things about them. But don't know if it is just bagging for the sake of bagging.

I have noticed the wheels can be quite slow (low rebound, I think) but for the price they are a good option for sliding. They don't flatspot easily. I gave the softer wheels a pretty hard life for a couple of months and didn't notice any issues with the cores or other durability problems.

if they do the job then they're good enough for now, you'll notice the difference more when doing high speed slides. i have slid vault wheels and freebord wheels and found that you can kill a low quality wheel very quickly with a high speed slide. i personaly love the purple otang thane for sliding.

Thanks Dave. That's good to know. Especially since they are just for groms and are cheap.
