Welcome to the richest leg of downhill racing the world has ever seen. During 10 days in April the worlds best will converge on Australian shores for the start of the IGSA World Tour. Riders from North America, Europe, Africa, South America and Asia will face off against the best riders in Australia for $30,000 in cash and the title of worlds best.
It will be 10 days to examine the soul of a rider and determine if they can come out on top and take the title and the big dollars, or crash in a heap.
Welcome to the Australian World Cup leg, the richest, the biggest, and the craziest show on earth.

We have updated the accommodation page.
If you don't feel like camping at Mt Keira you can now buy bed spaces at the Scout Camp. There are only 40 beds available, first-come first-serve. Cost is $80 for four nights. Internationals without camping gear - you may want to jump on this! Please note you still need to bring a sleeping bag and a pillow.
For those who aren't competing, you can also now pre-purchase security passes - $20 per person. This gives you access to the Scout Camp and the campground.
Robbo and I were down at the Scout Camp today and it is gonna be a great place to hang out. It's tucked away in the woods, full of wallabies and lyrebirds and friendly pythons. There are full kitchen facilities - we are looking into some cheap food options for competitors.
last few newtons we have used the shuttle bus for the race to get a whole bunch of crew from sydney to the race. however this was reserved for all those international crew who were lurking at my house before the race (nearly 20 of em)
it could be a possibility that there would be a bus running from my pad to the races which would then be used as a shuttle, but that would be only for those who are staying at my house for the time they are in oz.
if this does happen again, and we manage to get a bus going to both races, and there are extra seats on it i will let people know if they are available, and it will be last minute information. i would not count on getting a spot on this bus and strongly suggest organizing your own transport. a train from sydney to Wollongong takes less than an hour
Haha, okay thanks. I'll probably be able to get a lift from the airport or something... wing it I suppose!
There is a bus that's organised by Pip The Grip from Jacko's but thats mainly because he tends to have 40 people staying at his house
not sure about a bus but with Keira just one week befor there will be loads of cars heading up from Sydney
I think Jacko organises that usually? He could probably answer ye, SKittles
Will there be a bus from Sydney to Bathurst? I think there was one last Newtons.
Just looking to book plane tickets and everything.
If you register and your DOB indicates your a junior you will be racing both
