Hey im a beginner, the sport looks awesome so i bought an omni deck setup with bombers and o'tangs in heats. I want to skate with other people with the same ability as me (beginner) and i heard about this group. Just wondering the people who turn up, what ages are u guys?
The Carver truck is the one at the front of this pic:
I've ridden it a bit. It's a lot of fun on the flat cos it makes pumping so easy but I'm not sure I'd want to ride it down a hill. I reckon it'd be perfect for long distance flat commutes where you could pump and carve all over the place without putting a foot on the ground.
Dude if you're asking about Gullwing Sidewinders that have two bushings on each individual truck then yeah they came with my first board. They are good fun for carving but get pretty unstable pretty quickly with speed.
Nice, T_Man I checked that and it seemed quite funny sunday sessions, they even accept beginners. Definitely have to give it a try but I got the feeling they don't plan sth for this sunday.
Yo, Rube, Balmoral is a beach in the mosman area (check on a map) it is very close to middle head and a ... abandoned military base ah,ah,aaaaa!
Btw does anyone have tried the special Carver truck? (the one with extra lateral movement?)
