"Bad things happen out doors... everyone should stay inside - even if the weather is perfect. Living is just far too dangerous to be outside doing anything remotely enjoyable. Ban pushbikes, skateboards, surfboards, nerfballs, frisbee and rollerskates. Ban the walking of dogs, picnics, tennis, golf, bird watching and cars. I know what i choose - i choose staying inside with the sun drenched blinds slammed shut ..... yes, ban everything"
