yeah man it is ......he only had evo up on ebay ...he shold not have put it on ebay.....ebay is dogg for the seller.......he told me 500 plus postage .i think its bit more on ebay cuz of there fees....so i reakon of u sent him a email he would let it go for that and cancel ebay ......the pics i got are better ...its really new
