Hey Jack - the Camera's are all the same (e.g. Outdoor HD Hero2 is the same Camera as Motorsports HD Hero2) - each "model" just comes with different mounts and accessories.  I've got an Outdoor HD Hero2 - it comes with plenty of useful mounts and 1 normal and 1 waterproof case.  You can easily buy plenty of nifty mounts - one of the best is the tripod mount http://www.hopkin.com.au/gopro-hero-tripod-mount.html - allows you to easily mount the camera to your deck, home made poles, etc...  The big suction cup mount in the Motorsports version probably isn't all that relevant to a longboard...

thankyou

Outdoor is definitely best for longboarding, the suction cup in the motosport one isn't going to be a lot of use on a board. http://www.cre8ivesk8.com.au/default.asp?PageID=54&CatID=92&...

thats right. and the headstrap that the outdoors comes with us very useful. especially if you dont want to stick one of your mounts into your helmet, or you havnt got one.
