I'm gonna get the omni dropdown. I've made my choice about everything else but I have no idea what trucks to get. Should I get Paris or Randalls. This will be my first board of any kind. (I weigh about 47Kgs and am about 5"5, if it helps)

Ry Ry you've been eating too much Ritalin, I ride a set of Kahas on my DH board as loose as they go without my deck touching the ground WTF are you talking about man. On every other deck I have the trucks are as loose as I can make them before I get wheel bite. Wait till you grow full size and ride real hills before you work out how tight trucks should be
obviuosly have been on the ritalin....
not trying to 'hurt your feelings' robbo, just from memory and rumours.
i was trying to help out 'robot' which is what this discussion is about and needed something to compare to..
i would agree Ry Ry that robbo has his trucks tight, but they are good for him bombing hills. as trav said his board is not set for riding housing estates and cruising streets. I guess he likes to feel solid when bombing REAL hills, and i suppose for you his board would not turn one bit as he is nearly twice as heavy as you are.

and Robot, go to silverfish buddy, all that tech talk about 'what trucks is best' is found there... it has been asked several times on this website and the same answers keep coming back.

If its your first board chances are you wont even be able to tell the difference between the way they ride, and garunteed you will like them no matter what. If you got a set of Tracker darts with stock bushings in them you would probably be stoked
You should be cool with any of the trucks you have mentioned. Buy a few different bushings and start experimenting what works best for what u like doing.
Thanks guys!
