What Board will fit my needs?
Hey guys,
im riding since 22 years now but been out of it for the last 8-9 years.
The market made such a big movement in this years, it is unbelievable!
Im really lost in all this Boards...
Riding atm an Oz Team. I am looking for a new Board. which fit me better. Really like the Oz Team and want miss it. But what i wanna have too is a shorter one, which is good for sliding, kicks out easily, good for stand up slides, good for a bit carving trough the city but stable at higher speed around 60-70 k´s.
All this should be in an shape like the Voodoo Doll or the Rayne Avenger.
What i was thinking about is a Voodoo Doll with Paris 180´s and the hard Durians on it.
What do you guys reckon?

defo go the avenger much better board than the voodoo doll. what about an isis they are 36'' but only slightly smaller wheelbase than the avenger. have only ridden it a bit but it felt sick.

Personally i think your idea is good.
I have a Voodoo D2 with 42* randals and it's stable enough for about 60, (that's all i have taken it to so far)
I chose the D2/Doll over an avenger because doesn't have W-cave. I personally don't like it. But you might.
Just think how it will feel under your foot, because that's how you ride it!
Personally i think your Doll idea is cool..... and could i try it if you get it?! hahahaha

For sure you can try it. But it looks like there isnt an Avenger nor a Doll in any Australian shop availible...

thanks for that. They even got the Avenger in stoxk. Would still be cheaper with post fee then here.

Never ordered from Daddies yet (nearly did though), but as they say they are the BIGGEST / LARGEST / HUGEST skateshop in the universe. The only thing I'm not a big fan of is that you need to add extra money to get good bearings / wheels / bearing spacers (!)... Whereas most other shops tend to assemble your board with pretty good gear as standard.
