Wet weather wheels

hey i was just wondering whats the best way to make wet weather wheels and if there is a best wheel for it. I am thinking of doing it on some old purple 4 prez i have, would it work well?

Check out the S9 RF 'wets'. Available from Rip City Skates. I have 2 sets but am waiting for a rainy day.
