hey just wondering what duro venom bushing would i have to get for a stable DH ride but still with some turn?

This is an impossible question. It depends on how much you weigh, how fast you're gonna go, your skill level, and personal preference.
Before asking a question, do some research. If the research doesn't answer your question it will at least give you the knowledge to ask a better question.
Having said that, try greens, or reds if you're light.

Green redcombo is very stable for me and I'm 67 kg. I run them on the back with a softer front truck set up oforang and orange plus reflex.

Green and Red Combo is awesome for most people, as the above guys have said, but if you are unsure, get a set of purple, red, and green each, so u can either ride red and purple or red and green
