ASRA - Australian Skateboard Racing Association

Well here's the story
One day My stoke is ultra high and I can do anything. Then a week without a skate
And I struggle to do some of the simplest things
Like heelside checks n shit
Its fucking me off majorly
Anyone know why this shit happens and how to prevent it
Repitition? Just confidence?
Or is it possible my talent has Been taken by theives?

It's the same with playing an instrument.  I have to work for a week to get back to the ability level I had after two weeks break.

It's a combination muscle memory, confidence, endurence and just getting on a board every day, or as much as possible!

U obviously just ain't that into skating. Its Like riding a bike, u never forgot. U should be able to do the same shit u did before even with a week off from not riding. Try going 4 months with no skating... I didn't see any 'tallent thieves' steal my stoke after being injured and unable to roll... Maybe ur just a weird kid? Or u never learned how to skate in the first place? Either way this discussion is silly, stop complaining, get off the computer and
Go turn some wheels, fool
