Your could have mirrors in you helmet to let you see ahead from a more tucked position. Like those tiny ones they have on bike helmets for rear vision. I've wondered if lugers have ever tried this to allow them to keep the head down on straight sections.

Hey all

Check out this new lid design.

Facebook page BOARDYARD

Let me know what you think?

I saw that on marketplace! How much would you have to bust to get one of those? Also, couldn't find that facebook page...

hi all just an idea i had i know this is all about the tuck aerodynamics but i was thinking about the boards as well. Now if u use your imagination a longboard could almost represent a car, now cars race and have aerodynamic wings, flares, splitters, spoilers ect. Look at this Le Mans racer, could a similar thing be done to the front of a board to re-direct the air up and over the car? .      Or ever adding a splitter to the front could help handling, also wheel spats that could cover up to half of the wheel for greater aerodynamics. Just my two cents....

Just imagine the costs to keep it all light and then the carnage and debris every time there is a crash!  It would be awesome, but probably not practical...

haha true
