RETRO Classic Freerides/RETRO Freerides/ABEC11 Strikers

Does anyone have the lowdown on what's going on with these three wheels?

Are the Classic thane freerides turning into this?:

And what's going to happen to the regular RETRO freerides? I think they will stay as they are...?

Are the Strikers disappearing too?

the reflex ones better stay... they are my new favourite wheels!!!
I remember reading that the 66mm strikers, 72 mm freerides and 77mm strikers will all become freerides, They will all have the striker core, be poured in Abec 11's green thane and offered in 78,81 and 84a.

I have no clue about the reflex's sorry
i'll manage

You get over them after a while. They start to feel really used, and get to a point where they become far to ice'e

AFAIK the RETRO Classic Freerides and the Strikers are being discontinued and replaced by the green Abec 11 Freerides.

From what I understand, Abec 11 are trying to simplifiy their lineup, keeping the reflex thane wheels under the RETRO branding and the classic thane green wheels under the ABEC 11 branding.
Shit...so the ones in the link aren't going to stay? Because as far as I know, the ones in that link ARE the classic thane freerides, but the thane is coloured green (still the same classic thane tho), so they aren't just limited edition. Coz from what I've heard they're mad wheels and to get them as regular stock would be sweet.

If you look at the core on strikers, they look the same to the core on these wheels in the link. So maybe these are the wheels Dale is talking about. However, the cores on the reflex freerides look pretty similar too, and they are only in 72mm.

Looks like the reflex ones are staying, strikers and classic freerides are blending into this new one. But it doesn't make sense to use the striker's core when the classic thane freerides already seem to be so good.
OK all cleared up. Except for the cores...
