and also if the early truck hangers that come with early boards will fit a paris BP

Pretty much 8mm. Depends on what bushings u use, and how hard you crank them down. Pretty sure the trucks that come with Early completes are the same as R1 hangers so they should fit. I have a couple of sets of Randal 42s for sale if you're keen.
