My biggest weakness is my push. I just cant seem to get good hard pushes. Does anyone have good tips for improving your push strength/speed?

What alot of people seem to forget with pushing is it's not just about getting your board moving, but just as importantly your body. Having said that I believe a large portion of the power and speed of your push comes from your upper body. Find a way of moving your arms that works for you and build a solid powerful rhythm.
Ever seen P-Swiss push of the line? His arms are a weapon.
