'Wrap' it in corrugated cardboard ( ie put the board on the card and 'roll' it up), then fold the ends in. A little sheet foam might help.
Make sure it's no longer (packaged) than 105cm or AusPost won't accept it.
I found with a evo i posted, i told them that it was a skateboard and they let it go, They can put it diagonally in the post box but some stuff may sit on top of it.

Come on Adrian are you serious? How do you feed yourself when nobody is around to tell you how. Just think for a moment the question you are asking, how do I wrap up a skateboard? ENGAGE YOUR BRAIN MATE!! and work it out. If you can't wrap a skateboard up or use your own initiative to find or build a box out of cardboard how do you work out something complicated like taking the wheels off your skateboard.

Please refrain from creating discussions about things that should be worked out in your head. It is NOT OK to ask others to use their brain on your behalf.
