dude hot water and washing liquid will clean the shit out,, wash em around and soak for halfa then use a compressor if youve got one to blow the excess water out,,oil em up and go hard...
steve has been cleaning bearings like this for years and has tones of old ones that work fine..

aclohol isn't going to cut grease, you need a solvent.
