Early morning, before the gate opens, and then ride it till the trucks start coming up!
I have been trying to get the council to approve a race day there, but they have so far just ignored me, thinking I would eventually go away... fuckers

I imagine that if it is big enough, and we shouldn't restrict cyclists either, just don't let them race with us, they would get plenty of money from parents, hungry people and anyone else attending...
