lack of appreciation apology
I would officially like to apologise to ASRA for the lack of appreciation I have shown in the past as far as having results posted on these pages....ALL weekend I have been searching the web trying to get info about what has been happening at Hot Heels Africa IGSA final runs and NOTHING anywhere.
So thanks ASRA for making the races and events you cover so accessible to the many including live feeds from Newtons it really does make all the difference for those of us not there or who want to pass on info; something for others to learn from

I have to admit, I was constantly checking the results all weekend and analyzing peoples draws constantly, so much so that my wife got the shits at me, you guys do a smick job, it was awesome guys.
