Anyone thought about this one? The surface is OK and it's got a few hairpins, straights, and s-bends. 8km long.

It is quite busy and narrow however. Definitely not safe when there's tourist traffic. However there is a 1.5h period in the middle of the day from 11.45 to 1.15 when it is closed to uphill traffic.

It is an awesome road I have considered luging it, but it was way too busy when I went there last.
Your better off riding coxs river rd off jenolan caves rd half way between lithgow and there. It is smooth and a heap of fun. It is probably one of my favourite runs. But hey if Jenolan caves rd is ever closed I'd hit it for sure!!!
ready roll it when you are, i think we might get only one run at it though.
ive scary memories of bus rides on that road when i was a kid, lets have a look after king of the moutain.
I checked it out pretty recently and wouldn't bother personally, as mentioned already its busy and very narrow and any mistakes would be harshly punished - drop off on one side, rock wall on the other. Its basically just downright dangerous - surface not real good and its too flat for standup / inline anyway so risk just not worth the reward for mine.
