C-Block is good, but maybe not available any more.

Sugru might work well as long as it was a small gas pedal (a big one would take a lot of sugru, which would be expensive and a hassle).

PC and Benbro have used Builders bog before - works well.

It's up to you and your imagination.

Airflow 14deg (i think) risers.

Khiro 7deg risers.
