Minor update, Ainslie now takes you to Phillip St instead of Duffy St

Also includes Taylors Hill a fun park - good for longboarders wanting to try bank skating, or do ditch training

167 New parks Including the longboard friendly St Kilda VIC
Parks are ranked Sk80-Sk85 
Sk8D is for ditches, and some longboard stuff.
