it makes the profile of the board similar to that of the Landy Chinook.lower front, higher rear.
its a great drift board mate..when you drop it through it puts more weight on the front and is easier to break out the back in slides..a little differrent in swtitch but jezzas rips that thing so you just gotta get used to it i spose...then if you top mount it you have a solid downhill deck..its differnet to other models but not a bad board all round
I bought one a little while back. It's not a bad board. Just not really my cup of tea.

The front truck is flush-mount and it has the same footprint as a Bear Grizzly. If you want to put Randals on it you need to take to the board with a file. You can have mine (deck only) for $100 + postage if you like.
How is the condition of it? Is it just the filing of the drop through that is different? I plan on putting grizzlys on it, they will still b fine right?
The board is in really good condition. It's only a few months old.

I can get photos, but probs not until Friday night at the earliest. The board will still take Grizzlys without any dramas.

The Randal baseplate is slightly different from the Grizzly. I ended up modifying the baseplate to make it fit. I did a little bit of filing to the board - but very little.

My preference was to put a 35 degree baseplate on the front. This made the board a lot more responsive since it took the kingpin angle back up to around 50 degrees which seems to be about the optimum. You could achieve the same result with Grizzly's using wedges I guess.
