Hey guys,

When you mount your trucks on a dropthrough deck, do you need to place shock pads or risers on the top or bottom?

Thanks

Nah, dont worry bout that shit. But you probs want some washers between the bottom of the deck and the bolts, just to distribute the weight a bit better.
yeah sweet. i have heard if you dont use anything it can result in stress fractures
i use my sabre's top mounted but then again ive had them for like a week, ive done everything on them and all my board has done is lose a bit of paint. uan is right its all you need to do.
I use thin soft riser pads that i trim to fit, and use them topside between board and truck. I also use washers as suggested roadside.
