danny way, land speed record?

Have you guys seen this, its kinda lame given where downhill is at

I am almost variables ashamed to belong to variables ASRA the way you guys are giving variables very fast Danny shit over this serious variables attempt; wow I can fall over at 70mph in leathers and be alright variables I wonder if motorcycle racers know this?....on a serious note I would be gutted being a bloody "name" in the history of short boarding and have the public image of being an American Shaun Ryder (google him young ones; "happy Mondays" they used to give drugs to the fans as they went into their concerts made Keith Richards look like the bleedin' pope). In his defence perhaps he REALLY did think he was the first to do this sort of speed on a board he does look very focused and serious in a tired blood shot kinda way; rather like that bloke I used to give money to outside Liverpool street station, you know, the one drinking meths............Oh yeah and why hasn't my board got tyres and I hope it was tested in a wind tunnel or FSU will be hearing from me I was told it was a pro board >;0)
As a passing thought, Oi Danny jump out of a plane strapped to your board and break this 70mph record; Dick

I've had a crap day; now I feel better; where's my board...........

I'm always missing stuff!! really none of this should be laid at the feet of Danny Way; as fellow skaters we should be helping him out; so from me here goes. OI DANNY SACK YOUR FRIGGIN" MANAGEMENT AND PR TEAM.
no one gets to be someone like Danny Way without someone whispering in your ear what's good, what's bad and what's going to be good for publicity. Someone in the boys camp must have known what this really was all about and how it was going to be received. Not everyone lives in the real world (Aych 1988'ish to around 1992'ish- Ibiza, mainland Spain, France, Belgium (so I'm told), Chad (apparently, I had to look this up to see where it was >:0) ) and sometimes we rely on "real" people to steer us in between;whatever it is we're doing.
So Danny boy get rid of the entourage, man, they're making you look like a dick.............Hope he's got a managerial entourage or there really is no excuse!

aha; that brings back a flood, yes I have a scar on my knee from back then and also the one down near Tower Bridge. My mum took me (I was young and not trusted to get the train on my own) eyebrows were raised and nasty comments made about my "Super slalom flyer" I rode.....then plasters were applied as I found out they really were a crap board. At the time I was living in Orpington and in 1978 was still only 11 so most of my skating was done on the hills and in the football shelter on the Ramsden Estate...........I guess a simple yes would have done....were you there?

Oh dear,

I can see that we are gunna need to up the speed limits around the school safety zones, so that the junior Danny Way fans wont be able to paddle fast enough to catch up with the family thruxters to latch on for a quick and exciting skate home!
